The AirSense 10 AutoSet monitors every breath and delivers only the pressure you need, making breathing easier and therapy effective even during cold, flu, or allergy seasons.

myAir app support

Track your progress with the myAir app. Get daily insights, coaching tips, and personalized scores to stay on track. Users report better sleep and are more likely to use their CPAP consistently.

EPR for natural breathing

Exhale comfortably with Expiratory Pressure Relief (EPR), which slightly lowers pressure when you breathe out, reducing resistance and increasing comfort.

FAQs about the ResMed AirSense 10

Get quick answers to common questions about the AirSense 10 AutoSet CPAP. Learn about its features, setup, mask and hose compatibility, maintenance, and how to get the most from your therapy. Whether you’re curious about humidification, smart pressure adjustment, the myAir™ app, or safety information, these FAQs provide clear guidance to help you use your device safely and comfortably.

What makes the AirSense 10 AutoSet different from other CPAP machines?

It automatically adjusts pressure to match your breathing needs, offers built-in humidification, and works quietly, making therapy comfortable and easy to follow every night.

Which masks and tubing work with this device?

The AirSense 10 is compatible with all standard 22mm CPAP masks and tubing. It also works with ResMed’s SlimLine tubing and the ClimateLine heated hose for optimal comfort.

How do I track my therapy progress?

Use the myAir™ app to monitor nightly usage, mask fit, and therapy scores. The app provides tips, progress tracking, and step-by-step guidance to help improve your therapy routine.

Can I use the AirSense 10 while traveling?

Yes, it’s portable and airline-friendly. Airplane Mode can disable wireless data transfer, ensuring privacy while still allowing therapy during flights.

What is AutoRamp™ and EPR?

Can I use the machine without the humidifier?

Yes. The humidifier can be turned off, and a side cover prevents moisture from entering the chamber, allowing therapy without added humidity.

Are there any safety considerations?

Positive airway pressure therapy may not be suitable for patients with severe lung disease, pneumothorax, very low blood pressure, dehydration, or recent cranial surgery or trauma. Always consult your healthcare provider
