Shipping Policy

    For all U.S. orders, standard shipping costs $7.99 for purchases under $50.00. Orders of $50.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

    Shipping cutoff times apply only to orders that do not require a prescription. Orders that require a prescription may experience delays even if placed before the cutoff, unless a valid prescription is already on file.

    Please Note: Free standard shipping applies only to the continental U.S. and does not include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, or APO addresses. Additional shipping fees will apply for these locations.

    Expedited Shipping

    • 2-Business Day Shipping: $25

    • Overnight Shipping: $85

    Orders must be placed and, if applicable, accompanied by an approved prescription before 10:00 AM EST to qualify for same-day shipping. Same-day shipping is not available on Saturdays or Sundays.

    Expedited shipping is unavailable:

    • To Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, and certain rural areas

    • During excluded holidays

    • On orders containing furniture items

    • To APO addresses

    If a carrier reports a shipment as delivered but a customer has not received it, the customer is responsible for opening a dispute or inquiry with the carrier.

    Please note that your order may be shipped in multiple packages.

    Rx Orders

    Certain products require a valid prescription and, by law, cannot be processed or shipped until your prescription is received and verified by VeroHealth Sleep Doctor.

    If your prescription has expired or is unavailable, we can assist you in obtaining a renewal at no additional cost. Simply place your order and follow the instructions to schedule a complimentary virtual consultation with a board-certified sleep specialist.

    Please allow extra time for prescription orders to be fulfilled. Once your Rx is received, we will review it promptly and process your order as quickly as possible.

    After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number along with an estimated delivery date. Most orders arrive within 4-7 days of shipment. Please note that shipping delays caused by carriers are beyond our control.

    Return Policy

    At VeroHealth, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most of our products can be returned within 60 nights of delivery. Certain items have specific exceptions (listed below). To qualify for a return, products must generally be in new and unopened condition, unless stated otherwise.

    Home Sleep Test Devices

    • New and unopened devices can be returned for a partial refund, covering only the consultation cost.

    • Devices processed through insurance are non-returnable, regardless of whether they are opened, with refunds only covering consultation fees.

    New & Unopened Products
    If you are not satisfied with a new and unopened item, you may return it within 60 nights of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Return shipping is your responsibility, and expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

    Used & Opened Products
    We understand the need to try products to ensure they meet your needs. Most items can be returned within 60 nights even if opened, with some exceptions. Used or opened items will be refunded as Store Credit, which does not expire. Return shipping is your responsibility, and expedited shipping costs are non-refundable. Store credit may take up to 10 business days to process.

    Please note that products showing normal wear and tear, water damage, or damage from improper use or accidents cannot be returned. All items must include original packaging and manuals. Products that do not meet these requirements will be returned to you.

    Exceptions
    The following items cannot be returned if used or opened:

    • CPAP, BiPAP, and APAP machines

    • Mask Cushions / Pillows

    • Mask Frames / Headgear

    • Mask Accessories (including chin straps and mask liners)

    • All CPAP Parts and Supplies

    • CPAP Travel Cases

    • CPAP Tubing (including AirMini Tubing)

    • CPAP Pillows

    Return Process
    To return an order, contact our customer support team promptly via email at <email> or by phone at <phone>. Include your order number and a short reason for the return. Returns not following this process may not be received or processed.

    Cancellation Policy

    At VeroHealth, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we aim to deliver excellent service. We recognize that there may be instances when you need to cancel an order. Please read our order cancellation guidelines carefully.

    Cancellation Period

    Orders may only be canceled before they are sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. Once an order is being processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled. Please reach out to our customer support team to confirm if your order has been released for dispatch.

    Prescription Order Cancellations

    For items requiring a prescription, we provide a complimentary virtual consultation with a licensed sleep specialist. If you need to cancel after the consultation has occurred, you will be responsible for any consultation-related fees, and no refund will be issued for the consultation portion. Contact our customer support team to learn about applicable provider fees for your order.
