VeroHealth Marketplace Return & Exchange Policy

At VeroHealth Marketplace, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and supporting your health journey success. We've designed our return and exchange policy to give you confidence and flexibility when choosing your medical equipment and health products.

General 60-Night Return Policy

Most unopened products can be returned within 60 nights from ship date for either:
A full refund to the original payment method (minus return shipping), OR
100% store credit (minus return shipping)
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless covered under VeroHealth Marketplace's optional protection program.
Products must be in original packaging, in new condition, and returned with all included manuals, accessories, and documentation.

CPAP Machines – 60-Night Risk-Free Trial

All CPAP machines are eligible for a one-time, 60-night risk-free return from ship date.
Customers may choose a refund (minus return shipping) or store credit
Machine must be returned in original packaging, undamaged, and free of heavy wear
Returns must be shipped back within 10 business days of receiving an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Includes all CPAP, APAP, BiPAP, and travel CPAP devices

CPAP Masks – 60-Night Mask Fit Guarantee

We understand finding the right mask can be challenging. That's why we offer a one-time, 60-night fit mask exchange guarantee from ship date. After this one-time exchange, VeroHealth Marketplace offers an ongoing 30-night mask fit guarantee, allowing you to try multiple different masks and still have peace of mind.
Opened masks may be exchanged for a different mask or size within 60 nights of ship date
Unopened masks are eligible for refund or store credit (minus return shipping if applicable)
Cushions, pillows, headgear, frames, and accessories purchased separately are non-returnable once opened

Diabetes Care Products

Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGM): Unopened devices eligible for 60-night return
Blood glucose meters and test strips: Must be unopened and unexpired
Diabetes management accessories: Returnable if unopened in original packaging

Orthopedic Braces & Support Products

Must be unopened and in original packaging
Custom-fitted or personalized braces are non-returnable
Standard sizing braces eligible for exchange within 30 days if unopened

Supplies, Accessories & Other Products

The following items must be new and unopened in original packaging to qualify for return:
CPAP Supplies:
Mask cushions, pillows, and liners
Headgear and frames
All CPAP parts and supplies (including but not limited to: filter covers, side covers, water chambers, power supply cords, air outlet pieces, etc.)
Mask assembly kits
Filters, humidifier tanks, water chambers, and tubing
Power supplies, batteries, and adapters
CPAP cleaning solutions and wipes
Travel cases, pillows, and other accessory items
Health & Wellness Products:
Vitamins and supplements (unopened and unexpired)
Personal care items
Health monitoring devices
Wellness accessories
Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards and subscription services
Digital products and software
Prescription renewal services
Personal hygiene items (once opened)
Custom or personalized products

Warranty Coverage

If your product has a manufacturing defect, contact us for troubleshooting assistance. If a return is needed, we'll issue an RMA and work with the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Shipping costs to VeroHealth Marketplace are the customer's responsibility.
Product recalls are managed by the manufacturer. We'll provide contact information but cannot process exchanges or refunds for recalled items
Products with a voided warranty will have a diagnostic and repair fee applied
Warranty periods vary by manufacturer and product type

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate a return through VeroHealth Marketplace's online return portal or by contacting customer care at 1-855-316-3506.
Step 2: Obtain an RMA number and return label (if applicable).
Step 3: Return item(s) within 10 business days of RMA issuance.
Step 4: Once received, allow up to 10 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your selection.

Return Shipping Information

Standard returns: Customer responsible for return shipping costs
Defective products: VeroHealth Marketplace covers return shipping
Wrong item shipped: VeroHealth Marketplace covers return shipping

Important Terms & Conditions

Refund Limitations:
Refunds do not include original shipping charges or expedited shipping fees
VeroHealth Marketplace reserves the right to reject returns that are damaged, show signs of excessive use, missing components, or show signs of misuse
Returns of the same item are limited to one per customer
Interest paid to financing companies cannot be refunded
Enhanced Benefits:
Enhanced return benefits may be available for customers enrolled in VeroHealth Marketplace's subscription or protection programs
VIP customers may receive extended return windows and free return shipping
Processing Timeline:
Inspection period: Up to 10 business days after receipt
Refund processing: 3-5 business days after approval
Store credit: Applied immediately after approval

Special Circumstances

Insurance Reimbursement

If you've received insurance reimbursement for a product, you may be required to work directly with your insurance provider for returns
Documentation may be required for insurance-related returns

Prescription Products

Products requiring a prescription may have additional return restrictions
